Our City Tour on November
29th
- a less foggy day before Marathon day
Darined lock; one of several channels that rise and lower water level to let boats pass inward or back out to the lakes.
System built by Army Corps of Engineers several years apart from the building of the Panana Canal by same corps.

After our tour, we meet my running partner, Willerie, for some
"carbo loading" at an Italian restaurant. The seafood
linguini was simply delicious. Wish I could have had some wine with it but
shucks, not the evening before the marathon.
It's Willerie's favorite Seattle Italian restaurant.
